  We were involved in; planning, design, and coordination in construction stage (the making of the development-concept, the planning of the business income and expenditure, the establishing of the project organization, the selection of the designer and constructor, the coordination of the related parties). After the completion, we also promoted operational management by making the operational management plan and selecting an operator.

  We reviewed the design of the construction project in order to reduce cost, and made considerable achievement.

  TB Project

  For the replacement of a headquarters building in the central Tokyo, we provided site evaluation, planning, concept making, business plan, asset plan, and facility master plan from the aspect of asset and facility management. We also assisted the client to select a designer.

  For the existing rental apartment building, we offered a proposal to revamp its operation and management, and contributed to improve the occupancy rate. The proposal also included the renewal work of the entrance lobby on the ground floor.

  JS earthquake-resistant survey

  In order to confirm earthquake-resistant capacity and to study the way of utilization of existing office building in central Tokyo, we selected a research firm to make survey and design for earthquake-resistant. We also coordinated the evaluation by a third party organization.

  For an existing first-class luxury hotel, we proposed a new hotel concept, operator, and building renovation.

  For the landlord who owns a land in a prime location in central Tokyo, we offered a proposal that included how to make effective use of the land and construct appropriate building.

  Support to P Architectural Design Firm for establishing Japanese market.

  We supported a London based large architectural design firm, which have been engaged in many high-end residential designs, to establish Japanese market. Our supports included introducing clients who developed high-grade apartment, and making contracts for building designs and interior designs.

  We assisted a European medical investment fund (70 hundred million yen/70 million dollars) to find, select, and incorporate investors in Asian countries.

  To a large general foods company, we provided total business supports in collaboration with a European M&A advisory firm. Our service included the survey and provision of the information on foreign companies for M&A. We also supported the transaction of the M&A.
